The residents of a quiet street in South London were awoken by bulldozers and a construction company building a new development up against their property. There appears to be no planning permission and no recourse. The new housing blocks light and has no apparent access for emergency vehicles. Two of the residents join Mark Windows and Piers Corbyn in the studio.
